Kenneth Suddleson joins L.A. office of Foley & Lardner. M. Kenneth Suddleson has joined the Los Angeles office of Foley & Lardner as Of Counsel in the firmís Business Law Department and Entertainment & Media Industry Team. Before joining Foley & Lardner, Suddleson was a partner in the Entertainment and New Media Group in the Los Angeles office of Morrison & Foerster, where he helped build the firmís entertainment and technology practice. Suddleson also was Executive Vice President of Paramount Pictures and part of the team that shared responsibility for the overall management of Paramount and its various businesses and subsidiaries. Suddleson represents major motion picture studios, and production and distribution companies in the acquisition of film libraries, and motion picture and television financing, development, production and distribution. He also counsels entertainment and e-commerce Internet ventures and senior executives in various industries. He represents domestic and international major independent motion picture and television production companies as well as network and cable television programming producers and distributors. Suddleson earned his bachelorís degree at UCLA and his law degree from the UCLA School of Law. He has been an adjunct professor at the UCLA School of Theater Film and Television since 1995 and is a regular speaker on numerous entertainment topics.
